Our client in the motor industry is looking for an experienced Organisational Development Manager to join their team.
Purpose: to implement organizational development and change management initiatives to enable and drive a high-performing and inclusive culture.
Duties
Implement change management projects that improve HR processes, systems, structure, and culture.
Drive specialized frameworks that aim to address corporate strategies focusing on:
Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Succession planning and talent cultivation.
Performance management process.
Individual development plans.
Design & implementation of assessments & diagnostic tools that support the attraction, development, & retention of staff.
Serve as subject matter expert on performance management and succession planning programs.
Support with organizational design and the evaluation of roles.
Qualifications/Experience
Diploma/Degree in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Management.
Minimum of 5 years experience in OD Role.
Strong computer skills.
Strong communication.
Project management.
Understanding of employment equity legislative.
Exposure to human capital management system.
